Subject	Libyan railways project organization announces submission of tenders for consulting services of technical assistance.
Date for collecting of tenders	Monday 11/2/2002 to latest by Monday 11/3/2002
documents fee	500 LD (non refundable).
Terms and conditions:	the offers should be submitted latest by 9/4/2002 attended with the following documents : · Experience certificate in this concerned sector. · Bid bond from any Libyan bank, certified check equal 5% of the value of the offer (refundable), certified check should be addressed to executive organization of railways in Libya.
Tenders opening date	Tuesday 10/04/2002 (12 noon) in the head office , Al- kums-libya
