The Turkish State Minister of Foreign Trade Affairs expressed his happiness and his accompanying delegation for visiting Great Jamahiriya to participate in the 20th Libyan -Turkish Joint cooperation Committee.

The Turkish official affirmed in a statement at the commencement of the works of the 20th Session of the Libyan-Turkish Joint Committee on Tuesday in Tripoli , his countries desire to develop and consolidate its cooperation with Great Jamahiriya in different fields.

He pointed out the increasing commercial exchange between the two countries, stating that the Turkish exports to Great Jamahiriya increased into 65 million dollars in the year 2003 and 500 million dollars in the year 2006.

Also he pointed out that the number of Turkish companies working in Great Jamahiriya has increased to 59 companies.
