The Secretary of GPC for Manpower, Training and employment discussed with the French Minster of Industry and Energy, cooperation prospects between Great Jamahiriya and France in scientific research and ways to promote and develop it.

The meeting, held in Paris Wednesday evening also discussed cooperation on the peaceful use of nuclear energy as well as solar energy, and establishing a partnership strategy in this regard between the specialized research centers in both countries.

The meeting also agreed on signing a scientific cooperation agreement between both countries in its final draft.

The secretary also met with the chairperson of the French Areva holdings for nuclear and Mining Industries. The meeting discussed the bilateral cooperation and the ways and means to develop it in these fields.
