The Secretary of Unions and vocational associations affairs at the General People's Congresses reviewed at the beginning of the works of following up and reports Committee which formed by the congress at the opening session to incorporate the final draft of the resolutions of the basic people's congresses on this item, which they discussed during their annual meetings for the year 2006.

He underlined that these reports which included the performance of the General People's Committees and the follow up sectors, explaining that the basic peoples Congresses have discussed Seven reports in this article as follow:-

- General Planning Council Report.

- GPC for inspection and monitor Report

- Financial auditing Board Report.

-Libya Central Bank Report.

-People's Committee of the administrative and executive board of Great Man Made River Project Report.

-The administrative and executive board of Railway Project Report.

- The Revolutionary Caravans Report.

Then one of the committee's members reviewed the remarks of the basic people's congresses regarding this article, when he reviewed the first report related to the performance of the General People's Committee and its relevant Sectors regarding the implementation of the speeches of the Leader of the Revolution and the resolutions of the basic people's congresses.

He underlined that (101) basic people's congresses discussed the report and adopted it with out any remarks, (355) basic people's congresses adopted it with remarks, and (8) basic people's Congresses expressed unsatisfaction without offering any reasons, and (4) basic people's Congresses did not discuss the report.

After that the Committee reviewed the notices mentioned by the basic people's congresses about the report.

followed by a speech delivered by the Assistant Secretary of General People's Committee in which he underlined a number of points regarding the remarks mentioned in the draft, pointing out that these remarks are recorded in the incorporated in one draft and .

Then, the members of General People's Congress, members of this committee presented the remarks of their basic people's congresses which were not mentioned in the draft to be included in the final draft of this report of following up reports and formed reports of this committee to draft the resolutions of the basic people's congress in this regard .
