Secretary of General Planning Council affirmed the need to observe the reintegration of the extra numbers of state employees in the administrative bodies and to direct them to other economic and service activities.

The Secretary, in his remarks before the committee assigned to draft the final resolutions of the BPC's in the budgets item, proposed to implement the rehabilitation program in groups by supporting the training and investment program and to pay their salaries for three years and to grant them individual loans to establish small and medium projects.

He underlined the need to focus on infrastructure projects such as housing, roads, hospitals and education , in addition to giving priority to those projects under construction and to carry out any projects according to scientific conditions and specifications.
