The activities of the 3rd Scientific Conference for the treatment of tumors under the slogan " Awareness, Scanning, researches and studies, our roads for early discover and fighting the Cancer " kicked off Friday evening in Tourism Complex in Teleil of A`Nequat Al-kams Shabya.

The conference which organized and supervised by the African oncology Institute in Subrata in cooperation with the GPC for Health and Environment, and with the participation of the Medical professions Council, National Board for Information, and vital techniques searching center, and Benghazi registry for Cancer.

More than (150) Professional doctors from Great Jamahiriya in addition to professional doctors from, Britain, Ireland ,France, Italy, America, Finland, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Mexico, are taking part in the conference.

The opening session of this conference attended by the Coordinator of the Social People's Leadership of A`Nequat Al-kams Shabya, the Assistant Secretary of congresses affairs, Secretary of Planning Council of the Shabyia, Secretaries of GPC for Health, Environment, and Culture, Information in the Shabya, Secretary of GPC for Health and Environment of Zawia Shabia, and Secretary of the Council of medical professions.

Following the opening session of the conference, the attendants toured the fair held on the occasion with participation of more than 14 Local and International companies regarding tumors treatment equipments, in addition to two stands for Medical Book and Medical Bulletins and statistics .
