The Secretariat of GPC for Social Affairs held Monday morning its first meeting for 2007 in A`Nequat Al-Khams Shabya.

The meeting was attended by Secretary of People's Congress of A`Nequat Al-Khams Shabya, Secretary of People's Committee of Social Security Fund, and Secretary of the People's Committee of Social Solidarity fund Authority.

The Secretariat has reviewed during its meeting, resolution number ( 277) for the year 2006, regarding the increase of the basic salaries and the measures to employee people according to the approved cadres and the circulations related to the public job.

The meeting, also discussed the working plan of the Social enlightenment and education department for 2007, and the ongoing preparations to commemorate the World Woman Day.

The Secretary of GPC for Social affairs called for the speeding up of the creation of the financial departments at each Shabya to prepare and pay out the salaries of the employees of the Social Affairs Sector, by the beginning of this year and on schedule.

She affirmed that the Secretariat will provide all the resources at all shabyas to speed up the establishment of these new departments.
