Secretary General of International Energy Foundation Dr. Mohamed al-Muntasar underlined the importance of organizing this training workshop in the field of the cleanest production ( its concept, instruments and its systematic application) to transfer scientific technologies in this field and to constitute the concept of the cleanest production between industrial firms and companies in Great Jamahiriya.

In his address, at the opening of this workshop co-organized by the Organization, Industrial Research Center and the General Environment Corporation that has started this morning, he indicated that the main objective of the cleanest production is to maintain sustainable industrial production and energy by increasing long range competition between companies and to minimize pollution in coordination with international specialized agencies.

On his part, the Secretary of the Administrative Committee for Industrial Research Center pointed out that organizing this workshop by the Center as being one of the research centers concerned with the follow up and control of quality in industrial materials to ensure that these products used by Libyan consumer are safe and free from all diseases by testing samples of these products inside the center by using the latest modern techniques.
