I have the pleasure to do utmost humility efforts through hard work and efforts from Tobruk city to every Libyan inside Libya and abroad. I started this work since 1996 through internet information which I gained .

I established Tobruk chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture at that time.

I was the pioneer on the level of the Arab nation and Africa to start work using internet search and my evidence was correspondence from the international commerce chamber in Paris( click here).

I applied to people's committee secretariat of economy concerning electronic trade and the committee's secretary personally informed me that these are pre incidents and said that we are in the era of directed economy, and you jumped to the era after the free economy to the hypothetic economy that was in 1997-1998

My wishes at that time were considered as part of imagination a relative told me that this issue is a placebo but this increased my insistence and will as if there is a will there is a way.

When I didn't succeed to obtain a moral support in 1999, I decided to start alone with my personal efforts to publish information about Libya so that any person who wishes to have knowledge on Libya will benefit from the information.

The beginning was to select the name as I considered myself as part of Libyan investment which is the phrase I wished to implement as I considered that investment in human capital is the most important investment and thus I selected for the website the name of Libyan investment.com

Simultaneously, I thank all those who assisted me with the good word or visited me and sent many emails and letters which were from organizations, corporations, embassies , ambassadors and international personalities .

The efforts were appreciated in various international prints, issues, pages and magazines in Britain , America and Japan.

The website was utilized in various studies and graduation researches for master degree and PHD in Libya, Britain and Canada.

Through trail, error and accuracy, we succeeded to achieve this picture as each part in the website was included as a result of conversation or idea started with news or one sentence and now they are thousands.

From my personal trial I say that nothing is impossible with God's help, first of all.

Work needs a strong will which is not affected as far as the aim is clear and useful in God's obedience.

Everything starts simple and develops with time but needs insistence, self confidence and any person should not be disregarded whatever his intellectual and moral level.

Through these beliefs, I looked forward to establish national associations and the idea of establishment of internet association in Libya through the website was successful.

We look forward now to establish human resources development association. Last but not least I wish to draw the attention of the youth that time is valuable. If the start is difficult and simple, it will be successful with God's permission and there is nothing impossible. I say yes for challenge and no for impossible.
