The local oil products consumption is escalating , the development in the SPLAJ is witnessing in all fields .oil products provide energy for power stations, desalination plants and hundreds of factories spread throughout the SPLAJ. Furthermore, oil provides the energy needed for tractors, harvesters and large cranes used in our huge projects. Moreover , it provides thousands of tons of asphalt needed for paving roads ,which are the vital link in connecting the country together.
Since the establishment of the brega marketing company the rapid rise local consumption has forced it to respond accordingly. In fact this company accomplished seven ties over the work that use it to be done by three foreign companies .
it satisfies the need of the Libyan citizens for oil products throughout the county. These tasks are- formed by the company through its ownership and operation of 440 petrol stations, 15 product facilities 500kms of pipeline and a fleet of approximately 1200 trucks.
