21.08.2008 Invitation To Tender Ras Lanuf Oil & Gas Processing Company Tenders Committee (Rasco T.C.) Invites sealed bids from eligible contractors home and abroad for following projects: Project Title: Refurbishment Of Sea Water Intake Structure Concrete & Steel Work. Project No. 8402 B.D.Price: 500 L.D Preliminary Insurance L.D: 5000 Interested Specialist contractors should contact Tenders Committee before 26/08/2008 to collect bid's documents. Bidders are kindly requested to: 1 - Offer valid registration evidence and licences to perform such an activity. 2-Company profile showing financial status and past experience. 3 - Inform Rasco Tender Committee chairman of the Appointed and authorized contractor's representative. Pay the bid documents at the main company cashier (this amount is not reimbursable). 4 - Offers must be presented enclosed in a sealed and red waxed stamped separate envelopes, each envelope should carry bidders name, project title and number. (technical and commercial) technical offer should contain no prices. 5 - Preliminary insurance (stated above against project title) should be paid in a certified check form payable in favour of Raslanuf Company. 6 - Bids shall be submitted to Tenders Committee in Ras Lanuf, Bid Closing Date shall be on Wednsday 25/09/2008 12h00.. 7 - Offer validity shall be 90 days as from submission date. 8 - Bidders are responsible for all bid preparation expenses. 9 - Contracting shall be in accordance with general conditions of Rasco. 10 –Contractor should arrange with construction division Project department for Site inspection. 11 - Rasco T.C. is not obliged to select lowest offered price and reserves the right to reject any bid without expressing any reason. 12 – Financial evaluation shall be restricted to the technically accepted offers only
