Pension Fund announce its desire to pose tender for construction of services office in Hai Alandalos, Tripoli. All interested public, foreign and specialized companies in field of constructions which desire to participate in this tender should obtain technical specifications brochure from tenders committee at Omar Elmokhtar street, (Waha building) as from 17.08.2008 to 17.09.2008 according the following conditions:
to obtain the brochure against payment of LD. 650 non refundable
applicant to be experienced and should attach list of similar executed works and its location
applicant should be financially capable and should attach bank certificate acceptable by central bank of Libya or any commercial bank in Libya
to attach copies of establishment contract or license as well as trade register and company's classification
to attach evidence of settlement of social contributions
offer to be submitted in closed envelope sealed with red wax, project's name to be written offer to be addressed to head of tenders committee, pension fund
to attach certified cheque for 0.5% of offer's value as primary deposit. Offers without primary deposit and which arrive after the fixed date will not be accepted
last date for submission of offers is 24.09.2008
winner should pay 2% as final deposit within 15 days from date of notification
pension fund has right to accept or refuse any offer without stating reasons
opening of envelopes on 24.09.2008 at 12.00 hrs at fund's location
