Peoples congress mechanization committee announce tender for preparing specifications brochure and  Tender for mechanization of works of peoples congress secretariat and peoples conferences
National and foreign companies, Tsharukiat and advisory offices are invited to submit complete file for prequalification and registration for participation.
The file should include the following:
- establishment contract and license
- taxation certificate
- list of human resources and detailed CVs
- list of similar executed works and testimonies regarding level of performance
- any other information

The proposed fields to be mechanized are:

1. Administrative and financial works of peoples congress, peoples conferences and basic peoples conferences
   
2. To set policies, decisions  and to issue laws
   
3. To enable citizens to exchange information, knowledge, proposals , and complaints to different levels
   
4. Researches, authentication, studies, lectures and decisions related to secretariat work
   
5. Membership authentication, CVs for conferences affairs, unions, legal encyclopedia for legal affairs and human rights, international organizations,  treaties and international agreements for foreign affairs.
   
6. To develop websites for secretariats and construct local information network between peoples congress secretariats, peoples conferences and basic peoples conferences.
   
7. To develop demonstration mechanism in Wagadogo hall and peoples halls in the shabiat.
   
8. To construct structure for conferences and meetings between Wagadogo hall and peoples halls in the shabiat as a first stage and between secretariat center and shabiat center as another stage to reach people electronic conference.
   
9. To authenticate and mechanize all internal and external information means paper publications or visual or digital.
