 Total E&P Libya intends to release an invitation to Tender for wireline services to support its offshore drilling operations on Block 137 area.
 
TOTAL E&P requires the provision of a wireline unit associated with complete set of late-model of logging tools (conventional and hi-tech).
 
Total E&P Libya invites all interested local and international firms which are specialized in wireline  services or representing reputable contractors  to submit to  Total E&P Libya their complete prequalification documents, for registration and evaluation, in order to be considered in the invitation for tendering.
 
Taking into consideration to include the following:

1. All necessary documents and licenses attesting registration according to the applicable laws and procedures in Jamahiriya.
   
2. QHSE certifications and statistics.
   
3. Submission of experience records and CVs of key personnel specialized in similar works.
   
4. Submission of experience works in providing offshore drilling services inside and outside Jamahiriya during the five (05) last years.
   
5. New technologies introduced by contractor within the last three (03) years.
   
6. Specifics of logistic base facilities.
   
7. Specifics of wireline unit and personnel available (existing workload and capacity) in Libya.
   
8. Specifics of technology and experience in the use of dual packer formation testing tools in tough logging conditions (wireline +pipe conveyed) and in deviated wells.
   
9. Specifics of experience running production logging tools on coiled tubing in horizontal drains.
   
10. Specifics of experience running wired coiled tubing through a DST string for production logging in a horizontal drain.
    
11. Submission of Financial Status documents of the company turnover for the last five (05) years and the Organization Chart..
    
12. Full addresses of the firm main office and its branches inside and outside Jamahiriya; Total E&P Libya having the right to check-visit if found necessary.
    
13. Total E&P Libya has the right to request any supportive documents to the submitted data.
    
14. Last date for submission of offers is at 12:00 O’clock, Thursday on 03/08/2008.
