Mellitah Gas B.V : Catering & Cleaning Services Tender Mellitah Gas B.V. Libyan branch intends to issue the below Tender and wish to invite for Pre-Qualification experienced and reputable Companies who are specialized in such Services As indicated below to submit A File including all qualification requirements for possible inclusion in the bidders list, and thus become Pre-Qualified to be invited to participate in the following Tender.
Scope of Work:
Subject: Catering & Cleaning Services
Catering & Cleaning Services for Mellitah Complex located about 80km West of Tripoli.
The main services required are as follow:
- Supply, preparation and serving daily of Libyan and European Meals (breakfast & lunch & dinner).
- Supply and serving of Hot & Cold Beverages.
- Provision of Cleaning.
- Supply of Toilet Consumables Items.
- Provision of Housekeeping.
- Provision of Laundry.
The Services is requested for a minimum of 260 Persons as total daily resident. Contract duration 36 months starts on 23 Feb.2009 to 22 Feb. 2012.
Qualification and requirements:
Interested Companies shall submit the following:
Letter on Company’s letterhead addressed to Pre-Qualification Committee stating its interest, capability & availability to the above SOW attached with the following documents:
Copy of the Licenses for establishing the Company as stipulated in the applicable Laws & Regulations.
Company/Consortium Profile with full details of similar work performed with relevant and verifiable Reference List of Clients where works had been undertaken.
Have in place a formalized HSEQ system complying with National and International Standards and Requirements.
All references which prove the Company’s capability to fulfill the subject SOW ( Tools, Equipment, Organization Chart...etc).
Audited Financial Statements (Balance sheet – Profit and Lost Accounts) for the last (3) years.
The above documents and requirements shall be submitted in a sealed envelope signed by authorized person and marked:
“Pre-Qualification Request for Project No.: …………….…….” Addressed to: Pre-Qualification Committee Mellitah Gas B.V. Libyan Branch Dat El-Imad Building Tower-1 Floor-15
Mellitah Gas BV has the right to exclude any submittal which does not meet the above stipulated requirements.
Important Notes:
The Pre-Qualification to tender is not an invitation to Tender. Mellitah Gas B.V. is neither committed nor obliged to undertake the work described above, or to issue any call for Tender, or to include any respondent to this invitation on the Bidders List.
The Invitation to Tender and full tender package will only be issued to the selected Companies that have been Pre-Qualified.
