General electricity company announce execution of three floors building, area 1443 sq, m, at station's location in Benghazi.

All interested construction companies which desire to participate in this tender should obtain brochure for quantities, technical specifications and drawings as from 01.07.2008 to 15.07.2008 according the following conditions:

1. offer to be in closed envelope and sealed with red wax. Project's name to be written on envelope and to be addressed to general manager of services
2. to attach certified cheque for 0.5% of value as primary deposit and any offer without the primary deposit or arrive after the fixed period will not be accepted
3. to attach with offer documents for registration, basic system and license
4. experience certificates of similar works stating its location to be attached
5. winner should deposit final deposit of 2% within 15 days after notification
6. last date for offers will be on 31.07.2008 at 11.00 hrs
7. opening of envelopes on 02.08.2008 at 11.00 hrs at services general administration, Tripoli
8. if winner will not pay the final deposit, primary deposit will be confiscated without any legal arrangements
