which are full legalized , operating in Libya and interested to take in this tender should attend to the reporter of the committee to draw the manual of quantities and specifications as from date of publication of this advertisement against payment of L.D 250 non refundable according the following conditions:

•  Offers to be submitted in closed envelopes sealed with red was and addressed in the name of the reporter of the committee.

•  To attach with the offer the official documents to practice its activities.

•  To submit the offers according the manual of specifications.

•  Deadline to submit the offers will be before 11:00hrs PM on 24-7-2008.

•  Opening of envelopes will be on 24.7.2008 at 11:00 hrs PM.

•  The committee has right to refuse any offer even it is the lowest without stating any reasons.
