Qualitative center for training in oil industries, Zawia, tenders committee announce all national companies registered in Libya and classified in the first, second and third category construction of cars workshop building in public tender. The roofed area is about 500 sq. m. according engineering drawings and lists of quantities. Experienced and capable national companies should obtain tenders brochure from tenders committee at center’s location inside Zawia refinery location as from date of this publication according the following conditions:

1. tenders brochure to be obtained during office hours and last date is 25.05.2008

2. LD 500 to be paid for brochure, which is not refundable

3. offers to be in closed envelopes and sealed with red wax according article (34) of contract administration rules

4. certified cheque for 0.5% of offer’s value as primary deposit to be attached with offer

5. offer’s validity should be at least 90 days

6. last date for submitting offers is 08.06.2008 at 12.00 hrs. to center’s tenders committee

7. opening of envelopes on 10.06.2008 at 12.00 hrs.

8. winner should submit final deposit of 2% within 30 days from date of notification

9. applicant should submit with offer company’s profile containing the following documents:

a. all documents and details stipulated in articles 34, 35, 36 of administrative contract rules

b. company’s classification certificate in the first or second or third category. Tenders brochure will not be given without presenting this certificate

c. certificate of legal status according prevailing regulations and laws

d. valid license or permit

e. certificate from taxation department stating number and value of projects under execution during the present year

f. financial status approved by a legal auditing office

10. this tender is subject to administrative contract rules in Libya

11 . the committee has right to refuse any offer even it is the lowest without stating any reasons
