Azzawiya Oil Refining Company tenders Subcommittee announces for all national & foreign companies which are fully legalized & working in Libya its desire to pose Tender for execution of cathode protection system
as follows :
To perform site tests for cathode protection system, including inspection of present wells, anodes continuous voltage transformers, connecting cables and registration of results.
To make all necessary engineering details to substitute anodes of cathode protection system for 19 deep well ground beds including testing the new anodes and determining its technical specifications, preparing it for each well and requirements for its preparation with electric power taking into consideration supply and installation of electricity power distribution boards to be equipped with control system .
To import all anodes, distribution boards, pipes and materials concerning back filling of wells.
To perform all necessary civil, mechanical and electrical works to rehabilitate the present wells cathode protection system, inspection of the present wells, increasing wells depth if required and renewal of well pipe casting pipe deep, installation of all new anodes electrical and mechanical works in addition to drilling and back filling according technical requirements and approved engineering details.
To make tests and primary operation until satisfactory operation of the system and submission of inspection and tests certificates.
The specialized & capable companies which are interested to execute the aforesaid projects, to apply to receive manuals of tenders from the reporter of subcommittee of tenders at building of the general administration of ZORCO during the office hours as from 15-5-2008 up to 29-5-2008
, according to the following:
The bidder should submit documents show practicing similar works legally according to the effective legislation, attached with commercial register before receiving brochure of the tender.
To draw brochure of tender during office hours of the company except Friday and Saturday against payment of L.D (200) non refundable.
To submit the offer by hand according to the conditions in brochure of tender to reporter of the tenders subcommittee at general administration of ZORCO.
Validity of the offer should be (90) days from presentation the offer.
To attach with the offer a primary deposit at 0.5% of value of the offer by certified cheque for ZORCO.
The bidders should submit full administrative, technical, commercial file includes documents of experience, financial capability and manpower.
