Tender MTC 120/2008

Main tenders committee of AGOCo announces its desire to pose Tender for Providing professional and handling workers in the fields (Alsirir- Misila- Majed – Alnafora- Alsahabi – Albida / Omm Alfrood – Alhamada – MN5-MN8) .

All companies and tasharukiat which are operating in Libya , specialized & interested to take part in this tender should attend at headquarter of the company in Benghazi Alkish to draw manual of specification , according the following conditions:

•  To draw manual of specification form office of main tenders committee No.(450) at headquarter of the company in Benghazi Alkish, during office hours as from 19-5-2008 up to 22-5-2008 against payment of (250) L.D by certified cheque issued by working bank in Libya for AGOCo non refundable.

•  To submit the documents show fully legalization according to effective legislation and documents of experience to execute similar schemes before receiving the tender.

•  To submit the tax certificate.

•  To submit the offers in two documents separately, the financial offer ( origin + three copies ) & the technical offer ( origin + three copies ), each offer in closed envelope sealed with red wax holding the name of the project , the number of the tender and the name of the authority, the validity of the offer should be valid for 3 months from date of submitting the offers.

•  To submit the offers in closed envelopes sealed with red wax during office hours to the main tenders committee at headquarter of the company in Benghazi , deadline to submit the offers on 12-6-2008.

•  Any offer contradicts with the above conditions will be ignored , the company has a right to accept or refuse any offer without any justification even its the lowest price.
