Purchases committee of NOC announce its desire to pose tender for providing four elevators for the main building ( various types according the manual of specifications).

Interested corporations and specialized companies which have necessary license should participate in the tender and withdraw brochure for conditions from NOC location as from 27/4/2008 up to 8/5/2008 from 10:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs except Fridays and Saturdays. according following conditions:-

1. Applicant should submit file with valid registration, license and documents for resuming activities (import – purchase).
2. Up to date tax certificate to be attached.
3. To be experienced and capable – certificates to be attached.
4. Applicant should state main address and branches (if any) in Libya .
5. L.D 25 to be paid for cost of brochure of conditions and specifications to NOC, accounts administration in NOC finance building.
6. Offers are accepted only from those who bought brochure of conditions and specifications.
7. The technical and financial offers to be submitted in separate closed and sealed envelopes with red wax and to be stamped by applicant and cheque to be attached as primary deposit which is refund if offer is not accepted.
8. Opening of envelopes will be in the presence of applicants or authorized persons who should have authorization.
9. Last date for drawing the manual of specifications will be on 8-5-2008.
10. Last date for receiving offers 15/5/2008.

11. All documents to be delivered to purchasing committee secretary in NOC main building, legal administration, third floor, Tel extension (1335) against receipt and signature.
