Retirement Fund announces its desire to extend the period of the tender for modification, maintenance and development the branch building of the Retirement Fund in Benghazi in Jamal Abdulnaser street.
All general and joint stock national and foreign companies which are specialized in the field of the general contracting and interested to take part in this tender should attend to the headquarter of the tenders committee of the Retirement Fund in Omer Almukhtar street in Tripoli (Alwaha building previously) to draw the manual of technical specifications and drawings as from 24-4-2008 up to25-4-2008, according the following conditions:
To draw the manual of specifications against of L.D (1000) non refundable.
The bidder should have technical experience in this field and should submit the certificate of experience for execution similar projects.
To submit certificate of financial capability from acceptable bank by the Central Bank of Libya or commercial banks operating in Libya.
To attach with the offer an official copy of the establishment contract, status or the license to practice the activity and registration certificate in the register of commerce.
To attach with the offers certificate stating settlement the contributions security.
To submit the offers in closed envelopes sealed with red wax holding the name of the project and addressed in the name of chairman of tenders committee of Retirement Fund.
To attach with the offer the primary deposit of 0.5% of value of the offer by certified cheque issued by working bank in Libya and any offer without the primary deposit will be refused.
Deadline to submit the offers will be on 2-6-2008.
Winner should pay 2% of value of the offer within 15 days of awarding the tender.
Retirement Fund has right to accept or refuse any offer even it’s the lowest price without any justifications.
Opening the envelopes will be on 2-6-2008 at 12:00hrs in the headquarter of the Retirement Fund in Omer Almukhtar street in Tripoli (Alwaha building previously).
Judgment would be according administrative contracts regulations issued by GPC decision No.(563) for 2007 according to the rules of legislation.
