Purchases Committee of Al Zawia Oil Refining Company (ZORCO) announces for all companies, tasharukiat and commercial agents which are working in Libya that the desire of (ZORCO) to extend the period of the Tender for Supply of cardboard boxes for the plant of mixing and mobilizing oil , according the following conditions:.
To draw manual of specifications from the reporter of purchases committee at headquarter of (ZORCO) during office hours from 8:00hrs up to 15:00hrs as from publication of this advertisement up to 30-4-2008 against payment of L.D (500) non refundable, the payment cash or by certified cheque in the name of (ZORCO).
To submit the offers in closed envelopes sealed with red wax to the purchases committee before 12:00hrs on 29-5-2008, to submit the offers in two envelopes the first includes the technical specifications without prices, the second includes the prices and the contractual conditions.
To attach with the offer 0.5% of value of the offer by certified cheque issued by working bank in Libya as primary deposit and any offer without the primary deposit will be refused.
If the bidder withdrew before the fixed date of the tender ,the primary deposit will be confiscated without judicial arrangements.
Validity of the offer 90 days beginning as from 29-5-2008.
The bidder should have good experience in this field and to submit the official documents of the company or Tasharukia.
To attach with the offer the following documents:
The official documents of the company or Tasharukia according the effective egislations.
Certificate from the bank proving good banking dealing and stability of financial status of the company or Tasharukia.
8. Winner should payment of 10% of value of the offer within two weeks from date of awarding the tender.
