Verenex Energy Area 47 Libya Limited intends to qualify local and overseas Contractors for Mud Logging Services for the duration of the EPSA exploration agreement in Area 47 Ghadames Basin through March 2010. The Scope of Work includes covering Mud Logging Services for two drilling rigs and an approximate total of 30 wells.

Any Contractor interested in this Tender should email all the necessary documents concerning registration in Libya, Company Profile and Experience for this type of Service in Libya, Financial Status, Organization Chart, available Equipment, CV of key personnel and address of Contractor’s main office in Libya to

Verenex Energy will invite the most qualified Contractors to Tender for this Contract based on the information received.

A technical and HSE evaluation will be conducted prior to awarding the Contract. The Commercial Evaluation will be processed on the proposals which meet the Technical requirements and specifications of the Request For Quotation.

Verenex Energy reserves the right to reject any bid/proposal without justification of any sort.

Contractors interested in bidding for this requirement must submit the above information prior to April 24, 2008. The RFQ will be issued by April 30, 2008 and close on May 29, 2008.
