Invitation to Tender

  OJSC Tatneft Libyan Branch (hereinafter COMPANY), carrying out exploration works on Area 82 Block 1 in Ghadames Basin in Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, invites your Company (hereinafter BIDDER) to participate in the Tender of 3D seismic field works on Area 82 (Block 1) in Ghadames Basin – 750 sq.km, detailed in the tender documents package which you will receive after confirming the participation. The package will be used by the COMPANY to select a CONTRACTOR on 3D Seismic Data Acquisition Services on Area 82 (Block 1) in Ghadames Basin (Tender No. 4/2008).

Please confirm your intention to participate in the Tender within 7 (seven) days after receipt of Invitation letter (by using the Attachment A - Acknowledgement of Receipt).

Bid proposals submission deadline – at 16.00 of 1 st May of 2008 by Tripoli local time.

Approximate start of field works –    June - July of 2008.

Tender Venue – Abu Mishmasha Str., Tripoli, Libya, OJSC Tatneft Libyan Branch.
