Sirt Oil Company for Production , Manufacturing of Oil & Gas announces open bids to execute the following project:
Upgrade Zelten gas-lift system; to draw the manual of specifications against payment of L.D 5000 non refundable; deadline to submit the offers will be on 1-6-2008.
Supply and construct water desalination unit – Jabal field; to draw the manual of specifications against payment of L.D 200 non refundable; deadline to submit the offers will be on 25-5-2008.
Supply and construct additional water desalination unit –Sahl field; to draw the manual of specifications against payment of L.D 200 non refundable; deadline to submit the offers will be on 25-5-2008.
Replace HVAC Sys – power plant 2; to draw the manual of specifications against payment of L.D 200 non refundable; deadline to submit the offers will be on 25-5-2008.
Reconstruct dry room; to draw the manual of specifications against payment of L.D 200 non refundable; deadline to submit the offers will be on 11-5-2008.
Modification of make –up water lines to de- Salter unit – plant 2; to draw the manual of specifications against payment of L.D 700 non refundable; deadline to submit the offers will be on 18-5-2008.
We urge specialized companies only that consider themselves qualified to execute any of the above-mentioned projects, and wish to participate, to contact Secretariat of the General Contracts Committee, SOC at Marsa El-Brega to purchase tender document (s) at indicated fees, not refundable.
Bids must be in full compliance with the tender specifications and conditions provided with it; any bids not in compliance will be ignored.
A certified check (Bid Bond) issued by a known bank operating in Libya , worth 0.5% of bid price should also be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. Checks will be cancelled and returned to unsuccessful bidders, after award of the bid.
Winner of the bid should submit a certified check worth 2% of contract price agreed to, as a final insurance, within 10 days of notification of contract award, and the (Bid Bond) cheque will be cancelled and returned to him.
Tender documents can be purchased week days (Sunday-Thursday) during working hours (10:00 to 12:00 & 14:30 to 16:00) starting Sunday 6/04/ 2008 until Wednesday 23/04/ 2008.
Companies interested in purchasing tender documents should present a letter authorizing their representative by name, to receive the document on behalf of the company.
Company Registration, experience record, tax and financial status should be submitted with the bid documents.
