Article (1)

To consider public benefit works projects for execution of housing units in Shabiat Sabha in the following locations:-

At Samano Congress – area about 50 hectares. It's coordinates as follows:

North : Existing Farms

East: Open Area

South: Division

West: Samno – Alzefen road

North : Farms and Space

East: Space

South: Farm and space

West: Proposed round road

At Dar Maamer – area about 280.2 hectares. Its coordinates as follows:

North : Third round road

East: Space

South: Planning Boundary

West: Planning Boundary

According letter of administration committee secretary of housing and utilities corporation.

Article (2)

With the exception of legislation of GPC decision No.648 for 2007 for fixing amounts for estimating compensations on lands required for public benefit schemes, compensation for land in previous article will be amicably between the party owning the scheme and applicant requesting compensation. Estimated compensations will be approved by public corporation for housing and utilities .

Article (3)

This decision to be applied from  date of issue, to be executed by concerned authorities and published.
