Cooperation agreement was signed by NOC and Petro Canada Company, Libya branch.  The agreement is valid for 5 years and concentrate on training, education, development and transfer of technology, support of sector's training centers and participation in development of human resources in oil sector as well as projects for improvement and studies of environment, development of neighboring oil operations of Elhouroge company which is the operating company.
