NOC signed an agreement on distance education with IHRDC, Houston which is authorized by British Petroleum BB Company on 24.07.2008.
The agreement stipulates that IHRDC will install On Distance education system which includes 300 permit which allow 300 employees to use the system in different oil issues.  IHRDC will arrange training through workshop so that the trainees will obtain information through computer, internal and international information net and can use video and other listening means.
The importance of this program will serve in transferring developed and new technologies quickly and with flexibility.  Also data base on exploration and production as a source of information will be available.
