NOC secretary issued circular No. 1339 dated 16.07.2008 addressed to oil companies working in Libya in exploration to give priority to the national services companies owned by NOC for execution of approved projects. He ascertained that seismic survey works to be given to north Africa geophysical exploration company which became fully owned by NOC after buying the foreign partner's share.
