NOC, Shell company and Qualitative center for training on oil industries in Zawia signed a preliminary understanding memo. Shell company will develop the training section on safety, occupational health and environment for a period of 3 years so that graduates will be qualified in specialization field. Shell will contract with training body to execute the program in the next 3 years for development of quality control system. The final understanding memo will be signed during the next weeks.
