For updating the agreement for participation NOC which was signed on 7.1.2008 between NOC and consortium of Transasia international and Star Petro energy for establishment of joint company with 50% shares for each party to improve the performance and development of Ras Lanuf refinery , a shareholders and mother company’s guarantee “Algarer investment group” agreement was signed on 14.7.2008 at NOC location in the framework of participation referred to.

The agreement was signed by NOC secretary, Dr. Shukri Ghanem and president of Algarer investment group, Sheikh Abdulla Algarer.
