The meeting was held to discuss the best and most successful ways to receipt of reports between the companies of the sector and its concerned departments. Attendance also discussed a number of topics relating to how to develop the electronic system to provide the best services in this aspect.

At the conclusion of the meeting was mandated the departments to prepare the forms of the required information and data of the companies of the sector

through the periodic reports, and work group was assigned to study and discuss the best means of receipt of the information and to prepare reports

according the electronic system .
