NOC administration committee secretary issued decision No. 43 for 2008 to form committee for studying compliance of companies working in Libya with requirements of prevailing regulations from the technical and legal points and to ascertain the status of the companies with GPC secretariat of economy and trade.

The formed committee should submit report to NOC administration committee member of production and marketing affairs.
