Training managers of oil institute in Arab countries attended the fourth meeting held on 24.03.08. which was sponsored by NOC and supervised by OPEC.

NOC administration committee member welcomed the guests and stated that NOC gives importance for habilitation, training and development of national elements as the qualified manpower is essential in management and operation of oil industry.

He added that this meeting is a valuable chance to be exploited for discussion of cooperation means for development between member countries and we should benefit from Arab experts and specialized training centers so that recommendations will serve in growth and development of Arabian manpower working in this main sector.
