The committee authorized to transfer activities of Umm Aljwaby company in Britain and Medoil company in Germany held a meeting at NOC location in Libya on 20.3.2008 and discussed executive plan for transfer of both companies in respect of transfer of all activities of Medoil Company by the end of March 2008 and transfer of all activities of Umm Aljwaby by the end of June 2008.

The oil companies which participated in the meeting ascertained that all necessary arrangements were made for execution of all works which the two companies were performing.
