Secretary of GPC for Manpower Training and Employment met Tuesday in Tripoli with Omani Minister of Transportation and Communications who is accompanying Sultan , Qaboos Bin Said currently on a visit to Libya.

During this meeting, cooperation aspects in developing manpower and training between Great Jamahiriya and Oman, specially in the fields of management of small and medium projects and exchange of expertise between both countries in these fields.
