Customs and training studies institute in Tripoli held the 16^th meeting for technical experts committee concerning joint Rasgedir customs entrance agreement between Libya and Tunis.  The following issues were reviewed:
- Execution of recommendations of the 15^th meeting
- Reports on movements in the customs entrance
- The free exchange agreement
- Exchanged administrative cooperation agreement
