General People's Committee decided to approve the establishment of an administrative body comprising all Systems related to the duties of civil defense, the organ of the General People's Committee for Public Security.

During it's the 10th ordinary meeting that held yesterday adopted the resolution by the Commission, to enjoy the administrative body of financial and administrative independence and aimed at upgrading the performance of these devices, tools, and enhances their capabilities to take the necessary measures and actions to cope with disasters like earthquakes and floods, fires and collapse of buildings and the leakage of oil or gas and regional water pollution, and any disaster or emergency notification of a nature to cause damage to individuals or public and private property.
