The Secretary of General people's committee and the Secretaries of General people's committees for health, environment, agriculture, animal wealth, marine, electricity, water, gas, transports, justice, high education, tourist projects followed up its implementation in Benghazi .

The following up was included El-slawi projects and tourist north lakes which held in El-ziana and established reservoirs to collect the water at El-saberi basic people's congress and construction of the financial market building .
