The National Oil Corporation reiterated that there is no relation between the high international oil prices and the quantity of supply, even if the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) increased oil production.
The Secretary of the Corporation on Wednesday told Reuters will rise even further, and even if OPEC increased production this wouldn't affect prices.
He emphasized that the quantity of OPEC oil in the market would not reduce prices, which today topped $ 130 for the first time in New York recording $ 130,28 a barrel.
