OPEC does not need to increase oil output, the head of Libya's OPEC delegation Shukri Ghanem said on his arrival here for the group's Wednesday meeting.

"No I don't think so," Ghanem told reporters when asked if he thought more OPEC oil was needed. "The market is very well supplied."
