Works of conference of foreign investment has been started at Tripoli under watchword the chances and precautions.

The conference is basing on four main cores, its first one shall concern investing situation in Libya, and the second core takes foreign exploiter's motives and strategies right through experiences of other countries while the third core takes positives of the foreign investment upon Libyan economy, and the forth core is concerning precautions of the foreign investment and through this conference which continue for two days five sessions shall be concluded for study and discussion of more than fifteen researching papers focusing around conference cores and shall generally takes the international agreements and law of investment encouraging and effectiveness of internationalism on general Libyan policy for investment.

These papers shall by search and analysation, takes the exhibitions and its function in foreign investment and sharing of foreign investment in technology transmission for service of the national economy and its relation with economical increment in Libya and Africa, and it shall be presented in this conference studies and participations for evolution of practice of the joint and projects throughout study of oil companies and foreign investment in Libya, its obstructions and analysation of the effecting factors upon direct foreign enticement, so as to participate in support of the Libyan economy and the legal securities be made available for the exploiter.
