Article (1)
Except judgment article 1/3,2/7,8 of law No.(65) for 1970 reformed to, authorities and pubic corporations in order to achieve its purposes, establish individually joint stock companies also companies of the public sector may establish with others joint stock companies or may contribute in similar jobs. Council of ministers in all cases should ague to establish these companies.

Article (2)
Authorities, public corporations and public sector companies resume commercial agencies work in commodities, services and works stipulated in articles 2,3,4 of law No.(87) for 1975 without adhering to condition stipulated in item (2) para (B) of article (4) of law No.(33) for 1971.

This decision to be applied from date of issue and to be published.
