The Revolutionary council of leadership

After perusal of the Constitutional Declaration issued on 2nd Shawa, 1389 H. corresponding to 11th December 1969

and the Law No.(65) of the year 1970 in prescription of some rules pertinent to traders, commercial companies and supervision thereon, and acting upon proposal of the minister of Economy and agreement of opinion of the Council of Ministers,

Have issued the following Law :

Article (1)

The respite stipulated ii. clause (3) of article (22) of the Law No. (65) of the year 1970 A.D, shall be extended for another six months starting from 24th April 1971 A.D.

Article (2)

This law is to be published in the official gazette.
