This law was approved by people's conferences and is valid and the following is stipulated:-
Use of economic resources to achieve social economy between regional, local & modern planning land to be used & organized to serve different purposes & protect agricultural land, and to prevent immigration to big cities & towns.
Also to guarantee execution of network services according growth of population.
To contribute in environment protection by use of scientific means.
To protect natural & historical places for development of tourism and places on the sea shore.
