Description:
AlRaied is seeking a Technical Advisor for lubricants and grease Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Global Account Managers/ Key account Managers and local account managers to develop high level technical support
-Analyse/solve complex customer application problems when required by First Line Technical Service (FLTS) teams -Coach front line field technical support, key account sales teams on product application and how to identify, anticipate and resolve application problems
-Continue updating technical knowledge in all relevant areas through close connection with technology development teams
-Work closely with sales and marketing managers and directly with customers to develop and support new business opportunities.
-Support sales -Serves as the internal "voice of the customer" by representing the customer's interests while serving as a liaison between the customer, supply chain, customer service, sales and field locations
-Aims to increase customer satisfaction, reduce inventory levels, minimize stock-outs and lost sales and improve forecast accuracy Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the National Accounts Sales/Marketing staff to ensure alignment and to act as one team of cross
-functional resources dedicated to the customer, encompassing support in Merchandising, Category Development, and Supply Chain
-Active member in cross
-functional teams to ensure alignment with Sales/Marketing to solidify team approach in relationship with customers in the areas of Merchandising, Category Development and Supply Chain
-Develop and evaluate new business opportunities.
-Deliver technical support to key customers (experimental and consulting). Requirements:
-A technical qualification or minimum Bachelor of Science degree level in mechanical engineering
-Relevant experience
-Proven ability to work in teams
-Proven communications skills (written & verbal)
-Ability to manage customer expectation and build up relationship with mutual trust
-Lubricants product application knowledge is required
-Knowledgeable in Arabic and English, and because AlRaied is an internationally oriented business, you’ll also be able to write and speak excellent English.
