
OXY Libya, LLC invites applications for the position of Housing Coordinator in Tripoli.
Oxy is a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation, the 10th largest oil and gas company in the world. Oxy has had interests in the exploration and production of oil in Libya since 1965.

Essential Job Duties:
· Initiate residence searches for resident expatriate personnel
· Advise personnel of housing policy and standards
· Work with the Legal Department to prepare villa leases, facilitate lease signing, collect all necessary documentation from landlords, keep official lease record files
· Maintain relationships with local rental agents to stay informed on available housing on the market
· Arrange temporary soft packs in/out of villas as necessary
· Keep accurate inventory of furniture related purchases for each villa
This position requires someone with 5+ years of experience preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Housing or Customer Service field. Travel within the Tripoli area will be required as well as some work outdoors.
Required Qualifications
· Strong communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) in both English & Arabic
· Strong organizational, planning and priority setting skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a multi-national workforce
· Solid PC skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to drive in Libya with a valid driver’s license
· Demonstrated sense of urgency and level of energy required to handle a fast-paced work environment
· Team player; willing to assist with other tasks when necessary for the benefit of the team
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect company policy and corporate compliances
