The Assistant Secretary of the General People Committee met in Tripoli with the Indian Ambassador to Libya .
During the meeting, attended by Commercial and Cultural Attachés of the Indian embassy, the two parties discussed promotion of cooperation relations between the two countries in the different areas.
On the other hand, they agreed to arrange for the scheduled meetings of the Libyan-Indian Joint Committee; and considered bilateral cooperation opportunities as well as coordination between chambers of commerce in the two countries to hold forums for Libyan and Indian economists and organize joint commercial, industrial exhibition in Libya.
