Article(1)

To consider public benefit works construction of projects on the following locations:

  • location in shabiat Alzawia for extending the vegetables market, area 8550.500 sq. m. , its coordinates as follows:

north – asphalt road

east – asphalt road ( Khartoum street)

south – coastal road

west – asphalt road

 

  • location in shabiat Alzawia for construction of complex for the western region for marketing of agricultural and animal products, its area about 200 hectares and its coordinates as follows:

north – private property land

east – scrap gathering location

 

south – Alezezia-sabratha road

west – Alzawia-ber alganem road

 

  • location in shabiat Alzawia at Alharsha congress for construction of 2000 housing units, its area about 100 hectares and its coordinates as follows:

north – asphalt road

east – asphalt road

south – meteorological station and private property

west – private property

 

  • location at Sarman Alshatti congress, area about 2.7100 hectares for execution of university complex, its coordinates as follows:

North – earth road

East – asphalt road

South – fence separating horsemanship school

West – private property

  • Location at Sarman Alshatti congress and occupied by scrap company, its area about 7.1162 hectares for the purpose of construction of the urban complex in Sarman, its coordinates as follows:

North – earth road
East – earth road

South – earth road

West – private property

6- The location in Sarman Alshatti congress and occupied by public works authority, its area about 4.2801 hectares, for the purpose of construction of the urban complex in Sarman, its coordinates as follows:

North – public property

East – public property

South – earth road

West – public property

According letter of administration committee secretary of housing and utilities corporation.

Article (2)

With the exception of legislation of GPC decision No.648 for 2007 for fixing amounts for estimating compensations on lands required for public benefit schemes, compensation for land in previous article will be amicably between the party owning the scheme and applicant requesting compensation. Estimated compensations will be approved by public corporation for housing and utilities .

Article (3)

This decision to be applied from  date of issue, to be executed by concerned authorities and published.
